4G13P back in action.

Finally my saga was on the road back after 2 days stuck at workshop for engine modification and restoring. Just took back my car this evening in da heavy rain time.

Thing had been done,
- Engine Balancing
- Lightened flywheel and crankshaft
- Port and Polish Cylinder Head
- Fully Tuned Up carburetor
- Overhaul Gearbox (gear box give up after high rev for a year time)
- Change Exedy clutch to Cycar clutch.

I take this chances to upgrade my engine since my car nearly broke down last week at Loke Yew Road.. When climbing 3rd gear revving suddenly a loud "bang" sound from the front. First I thought is back fire and clutch slip, but my car cannot go more that 40kmh no matter from 1st gear till 5th gear. The rpm is climbing while my speed cannot higher that 40kmh. So I straight away drove to my dad friend workshop to inspect.. My clutch bearing explode and my gear tooth gonna kong. So I take this opportunities to upgrade everything. Now my ride getting faster respond, pick up now is damn good.. But mid end is quite difficult. Need more time to climb higher to 160kmh. But from 0-100kmh, it climb damn fast.

Semester Break~!

Finally I have finish my final exam.. Only sit for 3 exams.. Today exam until 6pm while tomorrow start is my semester break.. Last time when I'm studying in TARC, once semester break I will be very happy. While in TOC, I wonder why I feel sad. Maybe I used to it to wake up at 5.30pm and work work work and work. Too enjoy liao.. Next week I will be going Penang with my friend. Leisure driving.. Hopefully can go Langakawi as well...

Lately, I bought 3 rackets.. One for my gf, and 2 for myself.. Bought Apacs Fusion terrific 008, Dunlop Tigraphite 300XL and also Apacs EdgeSaber 7. The Apacs Fusion Terrific 008 is using Yonex BG80 string at 28lbs while the Dunlop Tigraphite at 28lbs using Yonex BG66 string. While my dear EdgeSaber, I gave her BG6 at 24lbs. 3 rackets that I bought is really nice. Power smashing is there, defense is nice. The most important thing is, it easily to hit the sweet pot on the string which give extra power. This is the first time I try Apacs racket and it really awesome. But cannot compare with yonex as yonex is more awesome. Apacs really stand for Aggressive, Power, Accurate, Control and Speed.

This racket kinda good for smashing. The heavy is slightly heavy.

Apacs Fusion Terrific 008.
This Apacs is more awesome. The head is much heavy and the power is unbelievable. This apacs can replace my favorite Impact ArcForce 10. The impact ArcForce 10 racket serve me so well. I well balances. But this apacs, it also same like it. Another special is, this racket both side have different colour. It have blue on this side, and black on another side. Look very nice. Hehe

Apacs EdgeSaber 7.
This apacs also a well balanced racket.. The special about this racket is, the handle is longer. Nice to hold and nice to grip.

August!!

Long time no doing blogging liao.. Now day busy with my assignment, my project and my final exam. While at night, busy with badminton session... Now only free to do blogging as I miss badminton session tonight. Cause no racket. My badminton racket string all broke last friday night after playing 5 games. My nanospeed 7000 and arc saber 10 all string spoiled. Tomorrow only sent my racket to restrung... last sunday I went to my dear graduation day.. Datuk Ong Ka Ting whom pass the certificate to all the gradualist. I bought my dear a bunch of red roses and she loved it alot.. Hehe.. Sure la.. She getting a big bunch on roses on the college hall.. hehe.. Lazy want continue my blog now.. Thinking for my project and studying for my final exam..

Windscreen cracked!!

God damn it!! My windscreen get cracked on Monday night! After having drink with my TOC friends around 3am.. Don't know what is hitting my windscreen. When driving, suddenly heard a loud sound "pang!" Then I know my windscreen cracked as I can see the crack line! Damn!! Fucking bad luck.. Luckily I got insurance cover my windscreen.. Today just settle my windscreen at DR.Windscreen.. My friend shop.. Haha..

Tomorrow I will doing a presentation for ignition system. I'm still ready for that presentation. Kinda nervous on it as i not 100% familiar with ignition system. It still got alot of stuff I need to master it. Luckily now derrick was chatting with me and give me talk some crap. For my toc friend, derrick is my friend which I knew him from TARC and the first word he greet me when I know him is, where you stay? can fetch me home ar? haha... And the word he always mention, I just live opposite wilson's house and he also dun wan to fetch me home. But the fact is, his opposite is damn 9 far. Haha.. back to the topic. Hopefully my presentation tomorrow will be going smoothly..

My instructor are kinda funny.. He always related sex thing with car. But the way he said, is really related and more easy for us to understand. Haha. But he like to use his digital and snap picture of his student when the student is sleeping. Some of them already kena and already become a star. He will use the picture he snap and become his laptop wallpaper. Mean when he use his laptop on other classes, then other student will saw it. haha. So today, can you imagine the whole class is sleeping? Can imagine our class is on the morning and everyday need around 5am something to wake up.. The suprise thing is, the student usually sleep on the class today is awake and we are sleeping. Haha.. How such thing can be happen?

Steamboat in TOC. XD

Today we doing steamboat in TOC. haha.. Actually that steamboat is not for eating. Kaka.. We use it to boil thermostat for our car cooling system. So we need to boiled the thermostat see whether that thermostat is working or spoiled. Why we need to boiled it to test? The thermostat usage for our car is easy our car to warm up and it allow hot coolant to flow from the engine to radiator where it cools down and returns to the engine. The sensing valve that opens when the coolant is hot while it closes as the coolant is cools down. It very useful. Without a thermostat, the car FC will become higher.. Usually the thermostat have their own degree celcious. Some have 82 degree, and some have 88 degree. What the degree for? Mean, when the temperature achieve either 82 degree or 88 degree, the sensing valve will open. If the thermostat valve open at 82 degree, mean when the temperature at reach 82 degree, the valve must be open. Otherwise, the thermostat is spoiled. Beside we tested the thermostat, we also tested the fluid coupling. Fluid coupling is a device which controll the fan speed according the temperature. usually most of the car now is using electrical fan and the fluid coupling only have it on old car such like nissan sunny and so on..

Many theory about car!

In market, alot of product was selling which claimed save fuel, more power, and extra millage. But does this stuff really work? very honestly speaking, NONE of 1 is useful... Especially selling RM200++ above which claimed more power, and extra millage.. We had discuss is with my classmate and some of them use those item before.. Actually I don't wish to wrote about this blog but, I seem some of among my friend bought those device and chemical, and I feel their really stupid. Nothing can make your car more powerful beside you modified the engine. If wanna save fuel seriously speaking, you just need a bicycle and that it! The stuff we discuss is aluminum crank pully WITHOUT dampener, power booster and the famous thing turbo, ops.. It not turbo. Is MINI TURBO.. Let me tell you 1 by 1.

lightened crank pulley without dampener.
In market, there got 2 type of LCP. One it normal LCP without dampener and one with dampener. Mostly with dampener it cost Rm500++_ above and without dampener you can just get it RM250. Without any thinking or proper surveying, most of them will get the lcd without dampener. Why? Cheap ma.. But what the different between those 2 LCP? LCP without dampener will cost vibration when in high revving time. Your engine will shake badly because of the pulley. When it shake, it will cost your engine mounting spoiled faster, crankshaft get tore, crankshaft bearing spoiled. With this 3 things spoile, I believe it need RM1k++ to get it fix. Somemore most of workshop is increasing 30% price by tomorrow.. So you just think yourself. Either it worth or not. Why people created and research a dampener lcp? Because it have the usage. The rubber on the dampener lcd will prevent the pulley getting vibrate or can say the rubber absorb the vibration which not harmful to your engine. Just to your information, Lightened Crank Pulley with dampener is the better! Better dun get the LCD without dampener because it will spoiled your engine badly.

Power booster and Mini Turbo.
This 2 item was a gimmick. They use mentally thinking to make you feel the improvement. Power booster is just a small device with have small capasitor inside and I don't know what the usage of it. It gave nothing improvement. It a device which totally useless... Imagine, just a RM100++ device, can give extra millage and give more power? If like that, I dun think people need turbo on their car. They can easily buy 10 units, then install it on the car. Sometime, you need to think and need to squeeze your brain to think it. Unless you really have many money, then you can just spend it and proud for youself "damn.. My car is fucking fast now after adding that device". Another thing is the very famous MINI TURBO. This 1 is quite interesting stuff.. Which it cost around RM230-RM300 as I see on the market. Actually I have using this device pass 6 months ago which I borrow it from my friend. My friend get fed up and he throw that device to me. Honestly speaking, that device is like you put the money into the sea. That device is just a micro compressor.. Every improvement it claimed by the product is increase pick up, more millage, and give more horsepower. This is totally stupid! You just cheating yourself. If want more power and better FC, I got a suggestion. Remove the blardy hell air cond compressor. Confirm can get more power and better FC.. Until now, still don't have someone which create a device which when the compressor turn on, it didn't pull any power from the engine. If you really want to show it improvement in term in pick up and more power, you can just sent it to dyno.. Your mentally always cheat you.. Sent it to dyno, and you know everything. Does this mini turbo worth to get? IT NOT! If you wan power, there still got alot of thing can be do. Change into high performance camshaft like what my saga doing, Port and Polish, then skim the silinder head. Stop wasting any money on useless item..


I'm one of the pit crew in MME race next month. I'm a crew for a Lotus car which sent by TOC.. said is sent, but I need pay for it 1 la.. hahaha... Seriously, I'm enjoy study more in TOC compare with my old college.. I get alot of knowledge from there, and learned alot of stuff.. Now mostly my car was done by myself.. Seriously, it awesome. Especially when crazy with those instructor. last saturday, I brought my car to welding ultra racing bar. The ultra racing bar must be weld on the chasis or else, will have weirdo sound. So howie bought me to a shop and weld it.. Seriously, I not really feel really heart pain. But once howie told me" come, we go other place. Don't see.. Will damn heart pain". After he told me that sentence, damn. It so heart pain. When the fella drill, grind and welding that time, it just like poking a sharp needle into my heart. My car is screaming! I swear I will never done that into my civic.. But that saga, is different. I use to modified the engine, handling and braking because I wanna join GRA event with my classmate next year is possible... Wish me good luck...
